Miss Philippines crowned Miss World 2013, Miss Ghana came 3rd

The 2013 Miss World pageant held today Saturday September 28th at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali, Indonesia. Miss Philippines Megan Young (pictured left) beat 126 other contestants to win Miss World 2013. Miss France Marine Lorphelin was named runner-up, while Miss Ghana Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter (pictured right) came third.

BBA winner Dilish gets brand new car as birthday gift from boyfriend

Dillish Pearl Mathews, the winner of the recently concluded Big Brother Africa The Chase celebrated her birthday yesterday and her family and friends came out to celebrate with her. In the mix was her boyfriend Steven (who bought her a brand new car as a birthday gift, pictured right), mum, siblings and her father, who she said on BBA she'd never met before. They finally met after she won the reality show.

Going by a press statement just released by Mario Balotelli, it seems his four months pregnant ex-girlfriend, Rafaella Fico, 27, lied when she told the press earlier this week that the 21 year old footballer was delighted about being a dad and that they might reconcile for the sake of their unborn child. Not only is Mario claiming he didn't know about the pregnancy until she went to the press, he has also rubbished Raffaela's claims of a reunion and is demanding a paternity test to establish if he really is the father.
